How To Host A Successful Live Real Estate Event

from Jake & Gino: Real Estate Investing & Multifamily · host Gino Barbaro, Jake Stenziano

"Think big but start small. It is all about consistency and constant improvement in the long term," - Gino Barbaro 🐱‍🏍 Planning a real estate event can be daunting, but with careful planning and execution, you can pull it off. When Jake & Gino organized their first event 'Multifamily Mastery' in 2017, there were roughly 175 attendees. In 2022, more than 1200 participants attended the fifth edition of the same conference. In this episode, Jake & Gino have shared their experiences and encapsulated some of the tips to help you plan and host a successful real estate event: 1. Define your goals and objectives. What do you hope to achieve with this event? Do you want to generate leads, build relationships, or something else? Once you know your goals, you can better plan your event to achieve them. 2. Choose the right venue. The venue you choose should be appropriate for the type of event you're hosting. If you're hosting a networking mixer, for example, you'll want a space that's comfortable and conducive to conversation. 3. Promote your event. Be sure to promote your event well in advance so people have time to clear their schedules and make arrangements to attend. 4. Provide value. Strive to provide more and more value to your audience. Be consistent and keep improving.
