From journalism to fitness instructing to life as a pastry chef, Jessica is now following her passion for Health Education and Health Promotion. Jessica currently works in sexual violence prevention as a health educator in high schools and has recently been involved in a mentoring programme to get advice on how to manage a start-up business.   Youthline Auckland Charitable Trust Helpline Counsellor, Cate Mentink is a passionate advocate for the health and wellbeing of others. She founded the idea of Beyond the Birds and Bees through her Master’s degree in Technological Futures, which she completed in 2021. Cate currently works as an Impact and Insights lead in a social innovation team at a large Māori (indigenous New Zealander) organisation in Auckland, New Zealand.
