Send us Fan MailYou can't fake it til you make it when it comes to what you're believing about yourself. Changing your body image isn't about lying to yourself, it's about looking at what you're currently thinking about your body and challenging those thoughts while creating the new thoughts you want there on purpose. While mantras and positive affirmations/ thoughts might be popular right now, we have to be careful about how we use these to ensure we aren't actually working against ourselves and causing unforeseen harm along the way.For many of my clients it can feel impossible to go from totally hating their bodies to feeling love toward them. That is where this concept comes from and can be super helpful in building a bridge of thoughts between where you are now in your relationship with your body and where you want to be. In order for new thoughts to take hold, it takes time, it takes care, and it takes nurturing. And it all happens one thought at a time. If you're ready to take this work deeper, and want to learn more about my non diet approach and how it can help you reach your fitness and life goals in a way that feels easy and totally doable then email me [email protected] or connect with me on social.
