We are pretty good about noticing all of our body's flaws and ways it needs to be 'fixed' or improved. For many of my clients it can feel impossible to go from totally hating their bodies to feeling love toward them. That is where this concept comes from and can be super helpful in building a bridge of thoughts between where you are now in your relationship with your body and where you want to be.In order for new thoughts to take hold, it takes time, it takes care, and it takes nurturing.
