How To Increase Your Energy Level

Do you feel tired all the time?   I know a lot of people who feel tired for the whole 24 hours. I know, because I used to feel like that.   I made this video to share my experience on some basic things you can do to increase your energy level, and the quality of your health in general.   Enjoy!    WHO AM I:  I am a 35 year old entrepreneur, public speaker, traveller, author, TEDX speaker and an English tutor.  Publishing 8 books on Entrepreneurship, His Travel Memoirs, Learning English, Crowdfunding and Public Speaking, I have his own soft skills training company called ''Bosphorus Story House'', delivering global trainings and seminars with a team of 20 people.
