Hey my loves,  In this podcast episode, I will talk about how to increase your metabolism. Who does not want to be able to eat as much as you can and look good? You might find yourself in a position where you think your metabolism is damaged. Well, first, I want to remove some fear from you and say this is impossible. Your metabolism can adapt to a lower calorie intake and, therefore, maintain and not decrease any more. This is the consequence of a caloric deficit, aka dieting. The higher and longer you have been in a deficit, the longer it will take to increase your metabolism back to its normal or natural desired rate. This means metabolic adaptations are happening, but those metabolic adaptations are always reversible. That said, I want to highlight that there is no magic way to make your metabolism faster when your metabolism is already functioning at its highest rate. But chances are high that that's not the case when you click on this episode.
