He emphasizes the importance of hiring, training, and developing a dedicated team, highlighting the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) as a key tool for business growth.  Out of college Michael taught for 11 years as well as being a past assistant principal and football, basketball and baseball coach at the high school level. He always appreciated the potential of his high school students and decided to bring his passion and interest in fitness over this industry in 2011. Starting out as a manager in Manteno Illinois for 5 years. Michael’s focus on helping improve the Fitness Premiere business model has helped them scale to 18 locations. Since 2016, he has been a franchisee and the Director of Learning and Development for the Franchise. Michael has been married to my wife Paige for 24 years and has two beautiful daughters Mckay and Reese. In his downtime, he loves to exercise, be involved in his church and listen to other like minded people to learn more about business, investing and self development.
