Getting legislation passed can be a long haul. But the process doesn't have to be overwhelming, The National Workplace Bullying Coalition is forming state teams across the country to introduce the anti-abuse Dignity At Work Act. In this episode, I walk you through the process to introduce legislation. We have a fantastic team of state team directors who can help with the rest of the process monthly.
