Dr. Woodley has over 20 years of experience in education. She was an alternative school student and has dedicated her life to working with at promise students and school transformation initiatives. Her educational background includes a specialist degree in educational leadership and a doctorate degree in Counseling Psychology. She has been a teacher, school counselor, school improvement specialist, assistant principal, principal and assistant superintendent. Since 2008, she has worked as a turnaround leader helping to bring about positive changes in some of the lowest performing schools in Georgia and Missouri. Dr. Woodley is currently the CEO of Dynamic Achievement Solutions, LLC an International Counseling & Educational Consulting Firm.
