Purnima has practiced meditation for over 48 years. She has been trained in Ultra Transcendental Meditation, Surat Shabd Yoga, and Sound Meditation where spirit current merges with inner sound. Certificates in LifeStyle Medicine and Meditation & Psychotherapy from the Harvard School of Medicine in Boston have been received. Purnima teaches guided meditation with breathing techniques. Awareness exercises on opening the third eye center and heart center are included along with deep relaxation and body scan exercises. Had many mystical experiences and ADC with other side. Participated with prayers to many people for their transition which she is immensely grateful. Her article got published in 2013 on Eckhart Tolle newsletter. Teaches manifestation to improve frequency and vibration to help who sincerely wants to learn. Through manifestations she met Oprah Winfrey, Dr Wayne Dyer, Anita Morjani, Caroline Myss, Dr Brian Weiss, Dr Eben Alexander and many more. Universe knows our intentions and only supports if intentions is for good cause not to boost our own ego.
