When do I step back?" It's hard to let go when you watch them making decisions that you're not crazy about and you want them to be successful, and you want them to make good decisions. And that is all well and good, but without meaning to we often get in the way. Today, my special guest is Dr. Cam Coswell, and she is also known as the Teen Translator. Dr. Cam is a wealth of knowledge and experience on adolescent development and how you can build trust and help your kid to become more independent and confident and to build those necessary skills that our kids need as they move towards adulthood.
