How To License Short-Term Rentals in CB

The Crested Butte Town Council continues to look at short-term rentals. They're considering allowing all primary residents to rent for up to 60 days per year. They are also considering capping the number of unlimited short-term rental licenses to 30% of units in neighborhoods that allow for short-term rentals. The council needs to decide how to define primary residence. They'll discuss short-term rentals and licensing at the next council meeting the first Monday in June.
