He has been involved in the industry since 2014 and has been 100% focused on net-leased assets throughout his career. Spector specializes in national leased investment sales of single and multi-tenant assets, with a significant track record in both the education and restaurant sectors of the net-leased investment space. His skill sets include sale-leaseback (standard/M&A with simultaneous close), portfolios, JV equity partnerships, build-to-suit, standard acquisitions and dispositions, forward commitments, and 1031 exchanges. Spector's clients consist of franchisees and operators, developers, high net worth individuals and institutional investors. Spector, along with Chris Lomuto, most notably assisted the co-founder of Gateway Academy schools (Cadence Education) with a disposition of a 21-unit portfolio encumbered by CMBS debt. In addition, Spector has successfully completed merger and acquisition-style transactions in which he secured both institutional and high-net worth investors to acquire the real estate portion of a business acquisition of national top 50 companies.
