Most people do not like to think about death, especially their own. Death makes us uncomfortable, and the thought of it seems to take the fun out of life. But there is great value in meditating on our death. It reminds us that we don’t have forever to do the things that really matter. One day, we will wake up and realize that we don’t have as much time as we thought.
