How to Lucid Dream for Beginners

from COUCH FLIPPING WITH MATT · host Matt Chiem

Here it is basically: 1. Make sure that you are remembering your dreams, you can do this by having a well-structured sleep schedule, setting intentions before you go to bed at night (by telling yourself you are going to remember your dreams before falling asleep) and by writing your dreams down immediately after waking up. 2. Next, we want to make it a habit to perform reality checks throughout the day. Choose your favorite and do it consistently. Lastly, once you have the beginning part done, you should switch from having your intentions the night before simply on remembering your dreams to instead telling yourself that you will have a lucid dream.
