How to make a perfect Horror Movie...using a short film, Lights Out

So, it is almost Halloween time for pumpkins, candy, and horror films. Some are good and others are...not so good. However, I have found the best way to make a horror film in the form of the 2013 short (3 mins!) film, Lights Out. This will be similar to where I break down why that episode of Scrubs made the perfect twist where I identify an element in the example, and I explain why it's good.
