There are 3 ways to grow your business.

 1 – Get more clients (acquisition)2 – Retain clients for longer (increase LTV)
 3 – Increase value of product (pricing) I’ll leave referrals out for now. Most coaches place most of their time and effort in acquisition. It’s by far the hardest one.

Acquiring a client is very expensive (Ads if your run them, or time and energy on your end). Retaining a client, increasing the value of your service, or creating a back end higher value offer for your current clients to sign on to… Is a much easier way to make money in your coaching business. Yes, client acquisition is important and required in your coaching business.

But it’s only a part of the pie. There are other levers you can pull to create increased monthly recurring revenue in your model.

My goal with this post is help you see other ways to increase the revenue in your coaching business without acquiring new clients. Think different.
