Because if we ask the right questions on the front end, we generally have fewer regrets on the back end. To lead ourselves well we have to be honest with ourselves. The decisions you're making right now are part of the story that you're going to tell. So write a good story. Our greatest regrets are the regrets where we stepped over the moral line, the ethical line, the legal line. Our greatest regrets are always preceded by a series of unwise decisions.
