"The Magic of Believing" was his recommendation. Stand guard at the door of your mind! We are in a clickbait society. Every headline is extreme and built from a framework of FEAR. We have to feed our mind something healthy to fill it with value rather than letting culture fill it with garbage. Read 30 min per day because great ideas will never interrupt you. Learning that leads to action will radically change your life. Feed and strengthen your body every single day!! Repetition is the mother of ALL SKILL! This is such a huge principle to understand. We ALL NEED a role model! Mentors can come in many different ways, books...podcasts... someone to get coffee with, etc. TAKE MASSIVE ACTION - do something and then pay attention to what is working and what is not working!!
