Dining out is not only a wonderful social experience but it’s a great mental experience for us to take a break and give ourselves a chance to not cook and to be taken care of. However, that can feel overwhelming especially when you have goals in mind. I’m sharing some of the tips and tricks that I have used in my own lived experience along with how I coach my clients to navigate this. What I know to be true is that never going out and white knuckling through your entire time is never gonna work and will only lead you to rebound.
