Do you want to be productive, do many things, meet deadlines, and stay focused and energetic? This episode is for you. Welcome to Wellness All Seasons with Mina Podcast. I’m Mina Qandar. I created Wellness All Seasons to help you with healthy lifestyle tips and tricks to lose weight, sleep well, have energy, and manage stress and time. If you are new and like the topic, consider subscribing so that you don’t miss the upcoming episodes. In episode #46, I gave 7 Helpful Tips to follow to have more energy. In episode #47, my guest addressed female energy and things women should know to protect their energy. Today’s episode is about managing your energy and being more productive. If you feel excited when you schedule your week but frustrated at the end of the week because you didn’t accomplish all that you have planned to do, I invite you to manage your energy by following these tips: 1. Track your energy level during the day: in the morning, afternoon, and evening. You will notice which moment you have high, normal, or low energy. 2. Understand why. Describe your day and time with high energy and the opposite. This will help you review and adjust your activities, tasks, and rest following your energy. If you feel tired in the morning, ask why, did you sleep well? If not, why? The idea here is to help you find out why you lack energy. 3. Check your lifestyle habits 4. Check your diet: What you eat and how you feel after. 5. Track the things that give you energy and those that drain your energy. 6. Track your relationships. Think about how you feel about the persons you interact with at home, at the workplace, with your friends, and on social media. 7. Track your energy level during the week: The days your energy is high, and when it’s low. 8. Organize your week, work, and activities around your energy. 9. Listen to your body and adapt your activities, rest when you feel tired, and let go of the things you can’t change. 10. Adopt healthy lifestyle habits, eat healthy food, and regularly practice your favorite physical activity. If you need help with these tips, you can DM me on Instagram: @mina_q2021 Or book a free call on Zoom with me: https://calendly.com/minaqandar If you have a job in which you feel stressed, you can’t organize your work as you like, and you consume more coffee and unhealthy snacks to have energy, it’s time to think about it. I’m here to help you find clarity and decide about the quality of your life and your physical and mental well-being. We, women, our energy is cyclic and seasonal depending on which phase we are in. We are concerned by the change in energy, and we can manage it. I hope that this episode will help you understand what is going on and empower you to act and master your energy.
