His TED talk, How to Speak Up for Yourself, is one of the most popular, with over 7.4 million views. Professor Galinsky’s research has earned numerous national and international awards. In 2016, he received the Career Trajectory Award for "uniquely creative and influential scholarly productivity." Poets & Quants named him one of the World’s 50 Best B-School Professors in 2012. In 2022, Columbia University honored him with its Mentoring Award for his exceptional commitment to faculty development. Professor Galinsky has received teaching awards at the Kellogg School of Management and Princeton University.
