All beings have a fundamental need to feel seen, heard and understood. But if we're coming from a place of not believing in ourselves, and looking for validation outside of ourselves, we might care a little too much about what others think about us. In this episode, I go into why people project, how to not take things personal, how to cultivate such a solid relationship with ourselves that we can allow people to get it wrong about us. If we learn to remove the judgment from our own internal experience, we don't need to take on the judgment of others. In a highly opinionated world, letting go of judgment, liberates us. It might be a journey to get there, but once we land in a place of full self-acceptance, we are free to be our most authentic Selves!Tune in for more...Loving you from afar, Corinne Enjoying the podcast?
