If you are sourcing deals for other people you need to make sure you are a fully compliant deal sourcer. By selling deals onto other people you act in the same way as an estate agent. In the UK there are no qualifications required to be an estate agent but you must be registered with an ombudsman such as the TPO or the PRS these are independent bodies who will act as arbitrators in case of a disagreement between those involved. You should have public indemnity insurance, as this will cover any situations where someone may look to sue you. You need to be registered with the information commissioner because you are holding the data of buyers and sellers you will also need to be aware of and comply with GDPR.
