Now, we might think attention is something we do from our critical and conscious mind, but true attention comes from our body wisdom.  When we give attention to the right things, we get into the flow and that opens up so much aliveness.  Even in the most chaotic situations, like a crowded airport during a busy holiday season, we can still create doorways of attention which increase our scope of awareness and our choicefulness. The more we learn to shift our awareness, the faster it becomes something we do readily and easily at any moment.  How do we build the skill of attention and muscle it up? How do we learn to let feelings flow through us instead of avoiding them?
