How to persevere: from voices in mental health, business and foster parenting | Amanda Webster & Kieran Lenahan
from The Lindsey Elmore Show · host Lindsey Elmore
Today on the Lindsey Elmore Show, we’re hearing from two entrepreneurs that have faced challenges, overcome obstacles and are now helping others to do the same. (TW: self harm) Amanda Webster is a fitness model and certified wellness coach who overcame depression on her own terms after antidepressants, sexual assault, losing her parents and ultimately succumbing to addiction. After almost taking her own life, she now helps others overcome their biggest struggles and find balance and happiness in their life. Kieran Lenahan is a husband, foster dad, and entrepreneur coach who helps Christian entrepreneurs succeed in business without sacrificing their health, family, and faith. He is passionate about his journey as a foster Father, as well as a biological one, and shares how figuring out who he wants to be as a father and husband makes him a better leader. He shares the complicated emotions behind rooting for his foster child’s biological parents, while also deeply desiring to adopt.
