How to pivot from a corporate career to entrepreneurship

Jane Winchester worked in the fashion industry for 20 years working in PR at Calvin Klein Cosmetics, Barneys New York (Delia worked there too!) & Lilly Pulitzer (Delia worked at a Lilly Pulizter store in college after she decided she wanted to work in the fashion industry!) before launching her eponymous jewelry brand at 45 (Alison started her styling business after 50!).
