In this episode, I discuss when to ask for help, how to ask for help, and the importance of being willing to accept help when it comes.

Like most Black women and women of color, when I was a little girl, I was taught that I’m supposed to be strong. That there is nobody coming to rescue me and that if I want something done right, I have to do it myself.

In business, that doesn't work.

In this episode, I discuss when to ask for help, how to ask for help, and the importance of being willing to accept help when it comes.
