How To Prepare For The Spring Real Estate Market

Approvals are happening fast and there are multiple offers on properties. Like we always say, it's an amazing time to list when inventory is low and the buyers are looking, so right now is an ideal time for sellers to hit the market. We both plan on hustling hard during the Spring and taking a break during the Summer when the market slows. The idea behind this is to clear our minds and give ourselves a break after the non stop work that we expect during the spring.
