But Property Portals are not Free They're businesses with the goal of making a profit. And they're raising their fees year after year. Making many agents unable to use those platforms. Traffic That You can Control This is the second best option. It's how Facebook, Google and PropertyGuru work. It means you do not own this platform but they allow you to advertise on it and redirect people to visit your website or call your phone. Sure, the leads and calls come in fast and furious. But you're always at their mercy. And you're left scrambling if they decide to kick you out or raise their fees. And then agents try something even worse.
