I had a refresher course on this spiritual truth  when  I forgot to take heed on some of the things I share (oops)  and ' Life' intervened by creating a series of forceful events especially designed for me to slow down. Talk about being humbled by the perfect orderliness of the universe!In this episode I share my ways to help you heal soothe and replenish yourself practically  so that you can come back stronger.
