How To Restart And Stay Committed To Your Goals

from Inner Feminine Beast™ · host Cynthia Stant

This episode is dedicated to Rachel Lynn! Today we are chatting about what it means to start fresh and stay dedicated to your goals! This includes a discussion on how to get back up when you fall. When approaching your goals, it is important to keep in mind you are the shot caller. This means that nothing is good, nothing is bad, it is what you make it. It's key to accept our failures and not let them get us off track. Instead use them to keep us focused! When we "fail" we have to keep in mind that we are 5% human and 95% spiritual beings. So be kind to your human and remind yourself that you can look at this is an obstacle or an opportunity. It is up to you only. One method I recommend for staying focused is creating a short term vision board. I like to set goals for the month and use the vision board as a visual to-do list. I have found this makes me so much more productive and allows me to keep on track when things don't go as planned. You are the only one who can take these aligned actions and hold yourself accountable!  Remember, if you don't quit you won't fail!
