How To Restart Your Current Business Plan

We are at the halfway point of an ever memorable 2020 which we can't wait to forget.  With that said as business owners we have to take as I mentioned in a previous episode the right measures to reinvent ourselves.  So I don't really care if you are a business owner for 20 years or 2 minutes.  You NEED to go right back to drawing board and recreate your business plan...because folks we are in a marathon.  If you want to win...you need to take that into account.
