HOW TO RESTORE 💪🏽💯YOUR SOUL

During such times I must 1) exercise, 2) write down my thoughts 💭 feelings and journal 📓 about no one else, but my experience of expectations 3) eat good and eat less 4) sleep regular hours, 5) get up early and do your academic work and domestic house 🏡 work. 6) expect a to have a therapeutic person to be on hand ✋🏽 7) tell your family the truth, before hand ✋🏽 if possible “You are going on a SHUT-OFF SHUTDOWN or SHUT-IN 8) focus on your GOAL 🥅 AND GRATITUDE 🙏🏽
