Jesse Holland is a Movement Coach and Expert who coaches professional athletes, endurance athletes, and everyday gym-goers to help them move more naturally, optimally, and sustainably. Jesse has accumulated many years and experience of helping some of the best athletes in the world to increase their performance by correcting muscular imbalances, increase strength, and enhance mobility. And now, he’s sharing how you can do all of those things to be a better ultra runner. Jesse is also the owner of Made 2 Move Nutrition in Scottsdale, AZ and works with clients directly through his facility in Scottsdale, AZ. He is also a Lululemon Ambassador, adventure guide, and fitness influencer.
