There is no point in “progressing” to the next stage of lead generation if your current lead generation channel is not fully optimized. I have made this mistake myself, investing close to one-hundred thousand dollars into Facebook ads when most of my leads were Instagram-driven. You need to dig deep into your current lead generation channels and then outsource the work to a fully trained employee or assistant. THEN you can start to focus on other avenues of lead generation. You don’t have to do more of other things, You need to do MORE of what works and is currently working. Build your main lead generation channel into ONE consistent, guaranteed lead generation channel that you can then optimize and increase the volume of the number of leads that the channel is producing. What this looked like for me, personally, is that we moved the focus from building a new lead generation channel on Facebook; to improving our lead generation on Instagram and making Instagram ads. Go deeper into the channel that is already producing the results you want to see faster lead generation results.
