Although she has transitioned some of her kids to charter schools, she is still currently homeschooling others. Outside of her full time gig as a mom, Katy has completed over 1200 hours of Yoga Teacher Trainings and certifications and has over 500 hours experience teaching yoga. Some of her favorite specialties are trauma sensitive Yoga and Kundalini Yoga & Meditation. She is also a life coach and is currently in an advanced coaching training program based on neuroscience and somatic movement.
