How to Set and Achieve Your Hockey Goals EP30

from The Hockey Journey Podcast · host Coach Lance Pitlick

Since the school year will soon be wrapping up, I thought it made sense to have an episode about how to set and achieve your hockey goals.  Summer is right around the corner and is a time when players can make significant gains in their hockey development, because you don’t have school and now have a bunch of extra hours to do whatever you want. In the last 5-6 years, reading books consistently became important to me again, after a 15-year hiatus.  I've gained so much knowledge from the extra effort I put in weekly, and have implemented a lot of the suggestions or tips into my daily routine.  To help paint a clearer picture regarding how to set and achieve goals, I've picked 4 of my favorite titles that I'd like to incorporate into this episode.  Thanks for stopping by and I hope you find the listen useful.
