With a new year fast approaching, we all have the same thing on our minds: how are we going to set goals to push ourselves and our businesses forward in 2020? For some, goal setting can be intimidating, for others, it can be invigorating, and for others like me, it can be a fun and exciting place where you can easily get lost, lose direction, and maybe even have a bit of an identity crisis.
