"What's past is prologue." - William ShakespeareMy early life was a little confusing. Born in England, my parents split up when I was young, and I was sent to a boarding school for three years. When I was eight, I moved to France to live with my dad and stepmother where | attended an international school in Switzerland.At the age of 11, we moved to America. Needless to say, I had to learn how to navigate the struggles and difficulties involved in dealing with new and different cultures, languages, family relationships, and the need to effectively communicate with the people around me.My learning continued in America: new school, first job (as a dishwasher), college, the U.S. Army.That first job lead to my becoming a cook, waiter, owner and a23-year sales career in the wine business where I became a certified Sommelier, Wine Instructor, and Sales Trainer.I was able to use my knowledge and experience to develop unique customer service techniques and assist sales teams in achieving goals and providing stellar service, no matter what the job entailed.My commitment is to transform the world through communication by helping others realize their untapped potential for improvement.I have lead training and development programs for over two decades and during this time, I have coached thousands of people.
