He shares a recent experience he had, saying, "Your journey is what makes you authentic. Where'd you come from? What is the history? In my case, I'm in the process of writing a book and it comes down to the getting close to the finish line. And I was talking to a book person yesterday who helps helps authors like me finish, and she actually asked me, you know, because the name of my business is Cycling Content Creation. And she said have you told any stories. And I actually I haven't, and she said, that would make me more relatable to and seem more well rounded to the people that read my book, versus just somebody who has got a bunch of good ideas and lessons." Being authentic in how you write your social media, emails, and all communciations to clients makes a world of difference when it comes down to making a sale.
