How to Stand in Your Brand and Attract Better Clients

In this episode, I had the pleasure of chatting with my wonderful guest Laura Hulleman.  Laura, along with her partner, has developed the Endotype which is a unique take on branding. Her method accounts for the WHOLE person and how you really show up in life and business.   Every business needs clients and there are some ways that are better than others when it comes to attracting people you want to work with. The Endotype is a way that Laura works with her clients to help them understand their own unique characteristics.  Much like a personality test, the Endotype dives into how you think and then takes it one step farther into how you feel and your own human tendencies.   Laura explains it like this, "Because as humans and as, as we grow up, and we are in business, right, we learn to be adaptable. What's your natural answer? So once we find that natural answer, do you think more like this? Or do you think more like that? From there? We now have how you think how you work, which is a lot the way Myers Briggs tests for? Yeah, how do you think, but we know we are not thinking beings. And so within the Endotype formula, we connect those thought patterns, those cognitive functions that Myers Briggs tests for, but we connect them with natural human cravings that we all have in a unique way."   Finding your own unique patterns, thoughts, and feelings helps you develop your brand in a way that is completely you.
