How to Start Healthy Living

Three Steps to Make Healthy Life Changes and Transform Your Health So here are three steps to start your day - healthy morning habits that will change your life. I want to share with you, how you can totally take that first most important step ever to transform your health. Okay, so let's go on step number one. This is so, so important to your day to help you have that health transformation and also a spiritual transformation because what we think, we believe, what we think defines who we are. The first thing you need to do is when you wake up in the morning, start your day with just a few seconds of thinking about what is, what am I happy about today? If I were to say, you know, before my feet even hit the floor, stay to yourself. What makes today special? Now, I will admit there have been times I wake up and it's like, oh, I have to go to work again today or I have to do this, this, and this. Or, Oh, I have to talk to that person today. Okay, these aren't current thoughts, so just don't get worried about me. But you know, those are thoughts I've had in the past. But today when you wake up and before your feet hit the floor, I want you to make one, two or three statements to yourself of what makes today's special. This is the best daily routine for healthy life. Today I get to see my body continue to transform into be in the body that God's designed today. I get to meet New People and and share Christ either by just saying hello or you know, however that pans out or today I get the chance to be available for God to use me thinking those thoughts, thinking those thoughts can be so much of a shift change. It's like changing the channel on the TV from going to those negative thoughts. Oh, I have to do this, this and this today. Instead you're thinking, oh, I get to do this, this and this. Number two, start your meals.  It is good to know this as this can reveal information about how we can help address your food craving issues. This is how we can also jumpstart our day and our life  Now I know if you've been a Christian very long, you know to pray before you eat, but sometimes it just becomes a rote thing that we do instead of actually transforming our thoughts to God, thank you for this meal and if you've been following my teachings and you know what to put on the dinner table, you have even more reasons to be grateful. Another healthy morning routine is this - Start your meals with appreciation, not just prayers that we've been saying over and over and over for years, but just sincere appreciation and make sure you're, you're sitting at a table and you're eating your lunch, not eating at your desk, not eating in the car, but allow yourself time to just sit and be aware of what God has blessed you with, even if it's just carrots and hummus or celery sticks. Yes, you CAN become healthy and well naturally!  Number three is to start your work for the day. Now that should help you have a healthy day. Realizing it's not about the job that God has given you to do. It's about the people that you're going to interact with. Now, for some of us who work at home, that's kind of a challenge because we don't always interact with people and so we sometimes have to be a little bit more aggressive and going out and, and going to the store and just saying hello to the person who is at the checkout counter, just saying hello to someone in the aisle. It opens doors to sharing Christ and really the bottom line. That's why we're here. So let's go back. The first step of your health transformation, which is going to be both physical and spiritual. So the first step of a total health transformation physically and spiritually is awareness. Becoming aware of what you're thinking and what you're doing.
