However, the feedback really woke me up. And while it was uncomfortable I also realised that I had stopped doing the things that make me feel connected with myself through the day. When life gets busy or you become worried about something or anxious or stressed you often stop doing the things that would actually help. But when you resume those good habits you can quickly turn things around.
