How to Stop Conceding and Tolerating Mediocrity

from OneSharpSword · host Dr. Wayne Pernell, CEO and Founder, DynamicLeader, Inc.

If you look around, you’ve got some things to be happy about. And, if you’re honest, you’ve put up with some things in your life far longer than you should have. Whether that’s extra pounds, a pile of clutter, a squeaky hinge, or a partner. You deserve excellence. You need to practice receiving excellence and that means you have to stop tolerating the merely adequate. It also means you’ll have to put in some energy to fix what was adequate or to cut it out of your life. I serve to inspire greatness and I expect excellence. It’s how I choose my clients. Those who are ready to step into the next great level of their lives and who are done putting up with what they’ve allowed. They’re ready to stop conceding and truly start winning in the game of their life. Some people fear winning because they think they’ll be in a place of making someone else lose. This is the game of YOUR life, not anyone else’s. If you’ve been putting up with things that are less than excellent, it’s time to make a change or two!
