𝐙𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐭 𝐃𝐚𝐦𝐣𝐢 is a 𝐅𝐎𝐔𝐑-𝐓𝐈𝐌𝐄 𝐟𝐞𝐦𝐚𝐥𝐞 𝐟𝐨𝐮𝐧𝐝𝐞𝐫, and currently the CEO of the Alliance Trust Company. Zinat’s entrepreneurial journey began at the age of 8 when she and her siblings began delivering invoices and collecting payments for her parent’s fabric business, in their small hometown of Mbeya, Tanzania. Zinat loved being part of the business, and knew one day she wanted to own her own company. As a young adult, she relocated to Canada and began working in the financial services industry.
