"When grounded in self-love, everything will be ok." As a former professional dancer living in Prague, L was dancing herself to the breaking point when rehearsing upwards of 12 hours a day. In her late 20s her body finally forced her to pay after years of living in a "Spartan mentality and her life collapsed around her. She was dealing with extreme pain and was diagnosed with trigeminal neuralgia, also known as the "suicide disease", in addition to dealing with an eating disorder, injuries, and chronic food allergies.
