My passion for over 30 years has been exploring, discovering and  teaching skills and talents that make us better communicators.   My “Why” first came to light while I was living in Japan in the 1980s.  Even after 7 years in the country, I found myself at times struggling to  communicate the depths of who I was.   I wanted to “communicate to connect” with people, to build a bridge and a  bond between us from which friendships and business relationships based  on trust would be born and nourished.
