How To Survive Unprecedented Times...all the time

Girl, when are the times going to be precedented?! This week, we’re getting real about starting 2025 while the world is—quite literally—on fire. After evacuating during the L.A. wildfires and navigating waves of collective grief, I’m reflecting on what it means to truly lean on your community as our generation seems to face a new crisis every day. Through therapy and current practices, we’ve found ways to cope: gratitude journaling, limiting doom scrolling, and, above all, showing up for each other—because none of us are meant to do this alone.
