If you are feeling untethered, disoriented, confused, and upset with what is happening in the world, know that you aren’t alone in that feeling..

At the time of this recording the genocide of the Palestinian people is happening. This episode is not about debating sides, opinons, and stances but rather an invitation to glimpse into your shadow, to navigate painful and difficult emotions, while living your beliefs in integrity, beliefs which may differ from those closest to you, those in your family, your community, and your friends..

In other words, how not to bypass the difficult thoughts, feelings, and reality in front of you, even though it might feel easier to do so.  This is us meeting our shadow in real time and doing the work to alchemize what is there.

In this episode, I'll share strategies for finding grounding, direction, and solace in the face of overwhelming emotions, as well as highlight the importance of honoring one's own capacity and the capacity of others while engaging in dialogue and action.

We also explore how holding space for self/community care, cultivating emotional awareness, and practicing sustainable allyship are foundational to creating a sense of ongoing support and connection while moving through the turbulence of social upheaval and change.

My hope is that after listening ,you feel more empowered with a glimmer of hope, groundedness, clarity, or at the very least, a sense of being less alone.

We'll find a way forward friends, one step at a time.
